A higher interest rate and higher down payment may be required, proof of repayment ability and proof of liquidity and paid in equity is required on private money loans. Points and fees vary by lender, and in many cases are not allowed to be financed into the loan. Private money lenders are flexible and allow borrowers to use alternative documentation to qualify. No minimum credit score is required, and we have programs for Foreign Nationals or borrowers with an ITIN number. There is no pre- payment penalty and can finance short and long term loans.
